Hi Everyone,
Hubby was in Japan recently for a short trip while I stayed back to look after the kids. He went to the countryside and came across a restaurant well known for its raw chicken dishes. Restaurants in these small towns are tiny but cosy.
The menu is all hand drawn, super cute! Hubby ordered a variety of dishes like fried dishes, fish and of course raw chicken. I told him don't eat too much in case his body can't deal with it and I'm not there so in case he gets sick, nobody is there to help. The chicken did look very good but thinking about the raw meat, I am a bit scared. I haven't had it before and I'm not sure if I will want to try it.
Hubby ordered too much food but eventually finished it except for the raw chicken. He said it was extremely tasty and didn't feel like it was uncooked. The seasoning was top-notch, no wonder it is a speciality at the restaurant. On a Tuesday night, the restaurant was full and people were lining up to get in.
