Okay that is silly good. I like your closing remark about using shredded pork, as Mrs T loves shredded pork and it is not really a thing over here, I may well make that for her.
Thank you so much for your chicken bake with such detailed pictures. And fluff me you are right the dough did almost double!

I could not sleep and got at 2am to see this!
Almost tempting me to make something to eat🤣
