Good evening to all my friends, it's a pleasure to be with you again to share part of my lifestyle based on family togetherness at home, these last few days I've been feeling generally unwell which has turned into a cold, flu and a little cough, so after having some plans for this weekend to go to the beach we had to postpone everything and leave it for another opportunity, however we came up with a new idea to prepare hot dogs at home and have a nice family dinner spending quality time together, so this morning my son went out to do some shopping and finally in the afternoon my husband bought the remaining money that was needed to make the hot dogs at home.
Llegada a la noche nos pusimos manos a la obra en cortar los ingredientes necesarios para preparar dichos perros calientes, este día mi hijo quiso adicionar unas cebollas caramelizadas como parte del perro caliente lo cual le quedó muy ricas, además compro una salsa de maíz increíble y para mí la mostaza que no podía faltar todo esto fue parte de lo que utilizamos en la preparación, fue un self service ya que cada quien le entregamos su pan con salchicha y lo rellenaron a su gusto, la idea estuvo genial ya que cada que agregó los ingredientes que más le gustaban a su relleno acompañado de refresco para los que podían tomar otros tomaron jugo y tuvimos una cena fantástica en familia que nos permite seguir conversando y manteniendo buenas relaciones como familia.
When night came we got to work cutting the ingredients needed to prepare the hot dogs, this day my son wanted to add some caramelized onions as part of the hot dog which was delicious, he also bought an incredible corn sauce and for me the mustard which could not be missing all of this was part of what we used in the preparation, it was a self service since each one of us gave him their own bread with sausage and they filled it to their liking, the idea was great since each one added the ingredients that they liked the most to their filling accompanied by a soda for those who could drink others drank juice and we had a fantastic family dinner that allows us to continue talking and maintaining good relationships as a family.
