While I do not have a bunker I do have a saferoom of sorts that is filled with MRE style food and a lot of water. There are also weapons in there. I hope I don't need this but I'm ready if I do. I've been learning more and more about growing my own food but here's something that might grind your gears a bit. I got a visit from the government asking to see my permits for my garden because it extended to the side of my house. Apparently there is some sort of law forbidding gardening on your own land if it is not behind your house. I have contested this and have been speaking to my city council members about how this is a bunch of BS. They seem to be on my side to, or at least are pretending to be. Just another reason to focus on your local elections even though very few people do.
