It is really interesting how few people it takes to really wipe out the WEF's system.
Our benefit is that T.H.E.Y. need more and more money the longer their system goes. And to bleed them only requires a little bit. Grow those expensive veggies. Microgreens are really easy to grow in your house, on a timer for watering. No hassle. Just yummy salads, for cheap cheap.
I feel like an area where Papa Pepper is makes a ton of sense because the growing season is longer and he is actually able to grow a citrus tree. It's not and orange, lemon, or lime but it was something else.
Also the way that county was he doesn't have property tax either. So he can just live free and clear.
Not a bad situation for a bug out location with a bunch of fruit trees growing if nothing else.

Citrus is going to get harder going forward, as the temperature will drop everywhere by like 10°, and if you freeze your citrus, it drops all its fruit.
Have you looked into "food forests". In nature, you have canopy trees, and beneath it smaller trees growin, and the vines and shrubs. And, you can choose plants that give you food. Like blueberry bushes instead of some thistle. After you get these things growing, they will often continue with little maintenance.
