What are the dumbocraps doing? The "kind and caring" party is deciding to let people starve. And its the elderly and single mothers who will be hit worst.
And the Repulsivekins are not stepping up and ending the filibuster. Is it because they do not want to, or that they are part of this plan? (Or enough Repulsivekins are controlled, that they do not want to embarrass themselves by putting it to a vote?)
California's Governor Nuissance is suing Trump over the lack of funding to SNAP, which, of course, Trump has no control over new funds, so there is nothing Trump can do accept move old money around. And Nuissance's law suit is frivolous and should be thrown out of court at the first time a judge sees it. But, why is Nuissance doing this?
The only thing for certain is that there will soon be food riots. So, make sure you have enough food stored up to get past this… whatever this thing is. Make sure you do not have to go near a grocery store for a whole month. (It will be dangerous. Where are the Rooftop-Koreans when you need them?)

Cthulhu only swims left. The left has gone too far, and their only action is to double down. And lord help whoever tries to stand in their way of creating a communist-utopia. What kind of heartless heathen would stand in the way of utopia? And what kind of an idiot would stand in the way of communism, where everyone will be equal?
People are fleeing the dumbocrap party. Especially the young men, who are seeing that their futures here will be serfs or slaves.
This is most likely why the dumbocraps have been trying to get so many migrants into the country. They need new voters.
And, this is what the sticking point over spending is about. The Trumpitos are saying no food stamps for the migrants, and the dumbocraps will not budge on that.
Please, make it make sense!
There is a LOT of fraud in SNAP and other food assistance programs.
California has their own food assistance program that runs alongside SNAP. Was their co-mingling of funds? Where the funds being distributed unlawfully? And, if SNAP is shut down, then everything must be audited. This may be the reason Gov. Nuissance is bring the law suit; you know, blame the other of doing what you are doing.
Another reason may be to show how fragile our assistance programs are. If the system can be shut down because of a single vote, and not a vote to specifically shut it down, then it is really not something to be relied upon.

And, this shutdown is really going to expose a lot of things. And the food riots that will come with this, is going to expose even more. Besides people with thousand dollar balances on their EBT cards, we will probably find a lot of "corporations" who fund high level brunches, through SNAP.
When people go hungry, people go insane
No matter what happens with the Dumbocraps and the Repulsivekins, we are going to see food riots. (unless something miraculous happens)
There is already reports that Wallymarts are calm and quiet with much fewer shoppers. Is this the result of no EBT?
Most grocery stores only have 3 days of food in their system. A stoppage of EBT recharging, will cause a bunch of food to go to waste, and then, when it is turned back on, the shelves will be cleaned out.
The longer this goes on, the more desperate people will become.
I doubt this will last long, but really expect delays and uncertainty about what food stuffs will be available at the store. And, if you see or hear about people going crazy, stay away from the grocery stores. Especially if you hear something on the news that says, a food shortage is happening. Because, then, all the people who heard that will rush to the store. You do NOT want to be in the middle of that mess.
So, be sure to have enough food stored that you do not have to go to the grocery store for a month.
Even if food riots do not manifest anywhere near you, you will save on food, as more "inflation" is coming to your food bill.
I think that this mess is going to get worked out fairly quickly (meaning months, and not years) however, food surety is going to become lower every year from here out. So, really put thoughts into growing your own food.
You could buy a huge bag of rice, and that would keep you for a bit. But, if you also had a hydroponics setup growing lettuces you could add a salad, every day, to your diet. And, with the rate that produce prices keep increasing, a small hydroponics system with LED grow lights will pay for itself pretty quickly.
Make sure you have a month worth of food stored.
