Food is an essential part of the human life, without food no man Can Survive and this has been proven because I wacthed a documentary of a lady who tried to survive on water for some particular years of her life but that took a different turn of event and caused her disorders in her body system. It is not just about food but how we combinate the various essential nutrients we require in our body through the foods we eat. This is why some people are vegetarian and some are non-vegetarians, everyone understands their body system and knows what is best to help them live healthy.
The usual system of eating is known as breakfast, lunch and dinner, but due to some reasons not everyone follows this order. For some people they prefer not to have breakfast but must have lunch and dinner there are others who cannot start their day without break fast but can do without lunch and vice versa.
Having a quality meal is essential for the body system specially in the morning for me, Without breakfast that has to do with certain nutrients such as protein, the day would see sluggish and blurry. One time, I was working in a school and at the beginning of my career, I thought I could avoid having breakfast before going to school because it seemed problematic for me to get up, make breakfast, and head down to school. I wanted to Survive by having only lunch but unfortunately, I realized that the kind of work I do which is teaching would require that I have quality meals especially in the morning.
As a teacher, I am required to stand up for 40 minutes per sessions of my class lessons daily. One time, I felt so dizzy that I nearly fell because of the fact that I had not eaten something tangible that the day. This was when I came up with the conclusion that, I must not skip breakfast no matter the situation because it helps my body system to you be more active and productive. The only time I dont have breakfast is when I am traveling a long distance and I have to leave the house at dawn. Eating anything at this time would amount to Stomach disturbance or constipation, I would love to avoid that during the cause of my travel.
In conclusion, I prefer quality foods over quantity, this is so because foods are not just for entertainment purposes but they are meant to satisfy the soul and enhances the general well-being of the body and help people to live healthier. So, eating meals that are filled with the necessary nutrients the body needs like vitamin A, C, E, K, D and nutrients like protein, carbohydrate, mineral etc. would definitely be more beneficial than eating something substantial that does not benefit the body.
