Any medium sized fish
raw papaya
Chop onion
garlic
turmeric powder

First, wash the fish and put salt and turmeric on it and keep it for a while. Then fry it lightly. Peel the raw papaya and cut it thinly. Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onions. Add ginger and garlic when it is light brown in color. Then grind it well with turmeric and chili powder. When the oil comes out from the masala, add papaya to it. Stir for a while and add sufficient water so that the papaya can be cooked.When the papaya is half cooked, add the fried fish. Mix everything well and cook for another 8-10 minutes. If the broth becomes too thin, add a little heat. When it is cooked, sprinkle coriander leaves on top and take it down.
