In this fruit season, we eat so many types of fruits. They have so many flavors and exotic names. We make so many delicious dishes with fruits. They also have different names. Many times, we make different tasting dishes with the same fruit. Today, I also thought about making something in this fruit season and trying it out. While thinking, I remembered to make a mix food with mango and palm sap. Let's see how it tastes. Actually, I have never made and eaten this before. That's why I thought I would share it with you.
In the summer season, palm sap is very beneficial for our body. It keeps our body cool from the heat. It is currently selling well in the market. You can get 3 saps from one palm, which costs 15 to 20 taka. The price varies depending on time and place. And mango is almost available in all of our homes now. I started today's preparation with the palm sap that my father brought from the market.

First step:-
First I took two mangoes and some palm leaves.
Second step:-
Now I peeled the mango and cut it into small pieces. In the same way, I removed the top skin of the palm and cut it into small pieces with a knife.
Third step:-
Now I took about half a cup of hot milk. I added some sugar to it. Those who eat more sweets can increase the amount of sugar.
Fourth Step :-
Now I added the chopped mango and palm kernels. Then I have to stir it well with the help of a spoon.
Now it is ready to eat. This is how I made my mix food today. Now I tried it myself and felt its taste. It was quite good to eat. It is also quite nutritious. If you want, you can also make it at home and eat it. I hope you will enjoy it very much.
