Another way for them is that they can eat various types of foods made with milk, which will fulfill their nutritional deficiency of milk to some extent. However, milk is used in making most of the delicious sweets. Today I will also show you how to make such a delicious milk-based food.

Today I will show you how to make my favorite "Milk Malai Sandesh" made with milk. It is very fun and delicious to eat. Many of you may have bought it from the market. It is even better to eat it at home.

Milk Malai Sandesh.

IngredientsQuantity
Milk1 liter.
Sugar200 grams.
Packet of milk/powdered milkone small packet.
Raisinsto taste.
Vinegaras needed.
White paper1 piece

First step:-

First, heat 1 liter of milk in a pan on the stove.

Now when the milk is slightly warm, add vinegar to it and keep stirring. So that the curd and water separate from the milk. After stirring with vinegar for a few minutes, you will see that the water and curd are separating.

Now strain the curd through a thin cloth. Then put it in a bowl and mix it well with your hands.

Now put the pan on the stove again and heat it again with some milk. Then add the powdered milk from the packet and stir it well.

Now add the required amount of sugar and the curd that has been prepared in advance and keep stirring it well.

When the juice reduces and a thick paste is formed, take it out.

Now put it in a bowl with a clean paper at the bottom. Then I arranged some raisins on top. After adding raisins, I added the paste that was placed down and again added some raisins on top.

Now put it in the refrigerator for two hours. After two hours, I took it out of the refrigerator. Only then will the Malai Sandesh made with milk be ready.

Now we have to cut it into the size we want and serve it. It was a lot of fun to eat the sandesh. We all ate it together as a family.
