Delicious breakfast 🍳
I made salmon fish 🍣 🐠 , salad 🥗 and quail egg 🪺 for breakfast.
This is a hearty filling healthy breakfast.
I pan fried the fish, adding a little olive oil to the pan, fried on both sides. I chopped the salad: lettuce leaves 🥬, tomato 🍅, cucumber 🥒, drizzled with olive oil. I also boiled an egg 🥚.
