I am not a recent new user to HIVE, I have been using it since 2017.
Also, I have been a contributor to Foodies Bee Hive since the winter of 2023, so I am not new here either.
And I have posted on Foodies Bee Hive multiple times since the rules were revised in 2024 to the current rules, but I have never received any comments regarding Rule 4.
I have no idea why I was warned this time as a "new registered user".
Just to clarify, am I still considered a new user?

If there is a fault on my part, I would like to change it, but I don't see where I am breaking any rules in this pointed comment.
