I like to involve water in the context of getting my version of peace. Water is a mysterious element but at the same time gives a peaceful effect, don't you think so too?
Since I wrote a romance book, I often get inspiration when I'm around water. Whether it's just a fish pond, or a swimming pool in certain public areas.
Even though in fact, I can't swim but I like water, I like to stare at the calmness of the water and I like to listen to the gurgling water.
I don't need to go far for healing but visiting the nearest place with a restaurant facility by the pool can make me very happy and excited.
This time, I will tell you about a romantic dinner experience by the pool. Even without special arrangements, at the table and the surrounding conditions, the surrounding vibes are romantic with their simplicity.
The swimming pool does have a luxurious feel, with a classic-style restaurant. With decorations like this, this place is usually often used as a wedding area.
Before I had dinner that time, I walked around the swimming pool to enjoy the afternoon air. The sky was still bright and beautiful even though the sun had set.
Then, I went into the restaurant for a short while to look for a seating location that suited my taste. The inside area of the restaurant was actually too dark. So, I chose the outside area for dinner.
The good thing is if you come on a weekday, then we will feel that the restaurant belongs to the two of us ehehe. So this is really romantic for me 😊
Actually, I didn't plan this dinner. It's just that my husband and I are staying at this hotel. So when walking around the hotel, we suddenly became interested in trying dinner here.
I ordered something unique that I had never tried before. I stopped by the city of Solo, so I will try a menu called SELAT SOLO.
Selat Solo is a steak with a Javanese style, Solo. This menu is actually a fusion of Europe and Java.
This steak is adapted to the culture of Javanese people who like to eat vegetables. So the meat is made in the form of minced meat that is formed into a certain shape like a circle.
Then served with hard boiled eggs, lettuce, green beans and carrots. Also potatoes to feel fuller.
Another unique thing, the sauce is typical Javanese, also added with mayonnaise sauce. Don't be surprised if you try this menu because the sauce that is in a soup is indeed sweet, but tastes spicy.
I enjoyed the romantic atmosphere of a beautiful night. Honestly, there were only me and my husband at that time as visitors to the restaurant. So it felt like the world belonged to the two of us ehehe.
I enjoyed the rest of the time by drinking fresh unsweetened orange juice. I looked ahead, while listening to the gurgling water in the corners of the swimming pool.
An experience of enjoying a unique new menu, also with a stunning poolside restaurant. With the total only $6,3 for my menus. I am grateful to have been there at that time. I want to go back there if I have the chance 😊❤️🌸
