You are absolutely right that the name matters little when the taste of a meal is delicious and what I am seeing seems to be a very good meal. I really like the ingredients and the coriander gives it a special flavour, plus you accompanied it very well.

The recipe is very well detailed and explained, plus you always have that unmistakable style in the recipes that I love.
