That doesn't look like the chorizo we have here. Our is more like ground sausage. I guess that's probably the difference between Mexican Chorizo and Spanish Chorizo.

Ya this Chorizo is the same, but there wasn't much left, so I cut once and then cut each cut into quarters.

The Omlette was damn nice if I may say so myself!
