Today I bring you the recipe for some very healthy, low-sugar cookies, sweetened with honey and raisins! 😋

If you don't want to or can't continue eating supermarket cookies, this recipe is a great option. They're easy to make and affordable. As for the sweetness, you can add it yourself. If you can't use honey, add a little plant-based or cow's milk and opt for just sweetening with raisins. 😉

I love these types of cookies because they're very practical and they're easy to make. We have them ready to enjoy for a snack, and when a craving strikes, opt for these cookies. If you're up for it, I invite you to join me and see how to make them.

Ingredients:

  • 90 Grams of Rolled Oats.
  • 90 Grams of Oat Flour.
  • 1 Grated Apple.
  • 1 Egg.
  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey.
  • Raisins to taste.
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder.
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, add the rolled oats and oat flour.

We add a Egg, Grated Apple, a Pinch of Salt.

AND We're ready to mix a little.

Now we add the honey, mix again, integrating the ingredients well, and use our hands to obtain a dough that can be easily compacted.

Add the raisins and knead, making sure all the ingredients are well combined. The dough is usually a bit sticky but is soft and very easy to work with.

Then we spread our hands with a little butter or oil and make some balls. I made mine 60 grams, make them any size you prefer.

Place them on your baking sheet. It should be previously greased and floured. If you're using waxed paper like mine, just lightly grease it.

Using our hands, flatten our cookies to shape them and bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

El día de hoy te traigo la receta de unas Galletas muy saludables, bajas en Azúcar, ¡y endulzada con Miel y Pasas! 😋

Si no quieres o no puedes seguir comiendo las Galletas de supermercados esta receta es una muy buena opción, son muy fáciles de hacer y además económicas, en cuanto al dulzor se lo puedes dar tu misma, si no puedes usar Miel, ponle un poco de Leche vegetal o de Vaca y opta por solo endulzar con las Uvas Pasas 😉

Este tipo de Galletas me encantan porque son muy practicas ya que en poco tiempo las tenemos listas para disfrutarlas, para la merienda y a la hora de un antojo opta por estas galletas, si te animas te invito que vengas conmigo y veas el procedimiento.

Vamos hagamos esta receta juntos 😊

Ingredientes:

  • 90 Gramos de Avena en Hojuelas.
  • 90 Gramos de Harina de Avena.
  • 1 Manzana rallada.
  • 1 Huevo.
  • 3 Cucharadas de Miel.
  • Uvas Pasas al gusto.
  • 1 Cucharadita de Polvo Para Hornear.
  • 1/4 Cucharadita de Sal.

Preparación:

Encendemos nuestro horno a 180 grados.

En un recipiente vamos a echar la Avena en Hojuelas y la Harina de Avena.

Añadimos un Huevo, La Manzana rallada, una Pizca de Sal.

Y nos disponemos a mezclar un poco.

Ahora incorporamos la Miel, mezclamos nuevamente integrando bien los ingredientes y nos ayudamos con las manos para así obtener una masa que se pueda compactar fácilmente.

Agregamos las Uvas Pasas y amasamos, asegurándonos que todos los ingredientes están bien integrados, la masa suele ser un poco pegajosa pero es suave y muy fácil de trabajar.

Luego nos untamos las Manos con un poco de Mantequilla o Aceite y hacemos unas bolitas, las mías las hice de 60 gramos, hazlas del tamaño que prefieras.

Las colocamos en nuestra bandeja para horno, esta debe estar previamente engrasada y enharinada, si usas papel encerado como el mío solo engrasa un poco este papel.

Usando nuestras manos aplastamos para dar forma a nuestras Galletas y llevamos al horno por unos 15 minutos o hasta que las veas doradas.
