ENGLISH.

Greetings, dear foodie friends, I hope you're having a great weekend! 😊

As always, I bring you an easy recipe so you can make it without too much hassle when you have those cravings.

This Yogurt Cake doesn't use refined flours; it's truly a healthier version of the classic Orange Cake that we all love.

I love this cake because it has a combination of two very healthy flours, oats and almonds, which make the cake's texture quite soft and delicious.

Now without further ado, I invite you to join us for this wonderful recipe 😉

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg
  • 20 Grams of Sugar or the sweetener of your choice
  • 100 ml of Orange Juice
  • 120 Grams of Yogurt
  • 50 Grams of Oat Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of Orange Zest
  • 30 Grams of Almond Flour. If you don't have this flour, you can substitute it with more Almond Flour or Whole Wheat Flour.
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
    Optional Decoration: Yogurt and Cinnamon
  • 15 cm diameter mold.

Let's make our preparation:

Preheat our oven to 180 degrees.

Now in a bowl, add the egg and sweetener and mix well.

Now we add the yogurt and orange juice.

Add the orange zest and mix again until all the ingredients are well combined.

Now it's time for flours, oats, and almonds.

The teaspoon of powder Bake, a pinch of salt (optional).

Mix again until smooth.

Pour the mixture into your greased and floured pan.

Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.

Remove the cake when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.

Let it cool before unmolding; you can leave it like this if you wish.

But I assure you, if you add a touch of Cinnamon Yogurt on top, this cake will really take things to the next level. I highly recommend it! 👌

Now we just chop and enjoy it 😍

Precalentamos nuestro horno a 180 grados.

Ahora solo picamos y lo disfrutamos 😍

Rinde: 6 porciones.
