Grilled fish with us

Hello madlang people mabuhay! It's been a month since I started blogging and I guess I've doing good with this platform spreading love and positivity and I hope you also doing that too my dear Crafthy readers.

Today I will share you one of our tradition how we cooked fish especially during weekends.It is one of our specialty because we find it so delicious instead of frying it we use to grilled them ( in Cebuano term "sinugbang isda")using some dry woods and charcoal.

We need to make fire , to make sure that the coal is hot so that our fish will cooked properly and perfectly.

So if the fire is ready and you see some baga and if you think it is ready to put the fish then grilled the fish,since the wind that time is with us so we don't need to paypay the fish on the fire and wait until the color of the fish change into golden brown .

While waiting for the fish to grilled we next to prepare the souce of course we Filipinos love that sawsawan( souce) the grilled fish will not complete if their is no presence of Filipino souce .

Tomatoes and onions are the main ingredient in making the souce ,slice them into mince cut ,I prepared to slice them into small pieces because it will be more tasty according to me lang naman ,The souce will be look so delicious and yummy even if you just look at it ,while slicing I can smell the aroma of tomatoes and of course it makes you excited and can't wait to taste it.

Since our coal fire is so hot the grilled fish cooked in just a 5 minutes but I almost forgot we must flipped the fish to the other side of course to make the whole fish cooked properly and we will wait another minutes untill it will fully cooked and ready to lafang( serve).So basically 10 minutes until it will fully cooked this is not just a simple cooked recipe you might look this as a very simple way of cooking but you should know some techniques to prevent scorching of the fish if that happen the taste of your grilled fish will change into better and we won't let that happen.

Ate amber also help me to grilled the fish because she said she enjoys cooking with me ,so the two of as cooked this not so big fish but a tasty fish to eat .

After slicing all the ingredients of the sauce it's time to add some soy sauce and coconut vinegar so that it will taste like sour and a little bit bitter to complete with the tomatoes and onions,we Filipinos love inventing and experimenting foods as long as it is not poisonous then go we will make that kind of foods .

Olahhhhh! our grilled fish with onion is ready to serve and it , grilled fish is also perfect food when you and your family is out of town or when you are in the beach together with your family and friends.I remember the time me and my family used to go in the Beach grilled fish and grilled pork is always present I know that you used to this also with your family because it is part of traditions as Filipinos.

Friendly reminder : sometimes this food is good and we can't deny the fact that it is mouthwatering especially when we paired it to our pambansang souce to add taste of the food but you should lessen cooking this one because it is not good to health it might affect to our internal organs I don't know he exact disease but as long as we can we should lessen cooking this food I didn't say we will stop cooking this but I advised we will cooked this thrice a month or seldomly or if their is occasions in the house or wherever you are.

Grilled fish like this is very delicious especially when the fish is fresh uh it tastes very delicious. Try adding a little chili, and sweet soy sauce into your sauce I guarantee it is also very delicious.
