Hello, amantes de la pizza y del croassant también, yo estoy segura que ustedes han pensado alguna vez cómo sabría una pizza con la masa del croassant? o qué tal si rellenamos un croassant con ingredientes de pizza? Pues aquí les tengo yo el review de la pizza o como ellos le han llamado Croasantizzima.
No es más que una pizza con masa de cruasán o masa de hojaldre. Puedes pedir la pizza que más te guste añadiendole la masa de este estilo, ya depende de tu gusto y preferencia a la hora de combinar ingredientes en la pizza.
Nuestra elección fue la Pizza Campiña, constaba de queso mozarella, aceitunas negras, champiñones, pimiento verde, cebolla y tomate natural, agregandole la masa de estilo cruasán. Personalmente siento que no le favorecían los ingredientes que escogí, la masa estaba bastante blanda e hice un desastre al comer JAJA, pero quizás si hubiese quedado mucho más rica con solo quesos de varios tipos y bacon u otro tipo de jamón. Pero para gustos y colores hay de todo.
Quizás para la siguiente oportunidad la pida así y ya les cuento qué tal. Pero igual fui feliz combinando dos de mis cosas favoritas, pizza y croasán.
