Hello, Hivers, particularly those who enjoy food. I'm @eijnuj06, and I'm back to share a simple and brief blog about my Grilling Compilation. I'm not an expert at grilling, but it's something I enjoy doing; you can smell the smoky flavor whether it's fish, pork, or squid. I can't remember what occasion we celebrated, but I created this blog solely to share my Grilling Compilation. We always have grilled foods for any small celebration, whether it's a birthday or simply winning in life.
For Information: Grilling is a way of cooking that uses dry heat from heat source like Oling (CHARCOAL), and it can be done also using Electric Griller, Butane Stove etc.
GRILLED SQUID
After thoroughly cleaning the squid with running water, I marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic, and other seasonings. I usually stuff the squid with onions, onion leaves, and tomatoes. I then prepare the griller with charcoal and preheat it before putting the squid on the grill. While grilling, I brush the squid with the marinade sauce for flavor. I grill the squid for 2 minutes per side until it's cooked, using only medium heat.
GRILLED FISH and HOTDOGS:
First, I wash the fish thoroughly and remove its gills and guts. I normally marinate the fish solely with salt, which I rub into the fish's body. Then I preheat my griller to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes on each side to ensure it was fully done. Then I grilled hotdogs on the side to provide additional meals for my family.
Grilled Porkchops and Pork Liver:
I go to the market and buy only one kilogram of pork chops and half a kilogram of pork liver. I carefully select the meat to ensure that it is of high quality and fresh from the butcher. I normally verify the thickness of the cuts. While at home, I wash the pork and marinate it for 4 hours in soy sauce, vinegar, and other ingredients to ensure that the marinade flavor is incorporated into the flesh. I warm the griller and cook the pork for 5-7 minutes per side. Then I always brush the marinating sauce on the pork chops.
BOODLE FIGHT TIME:
Thank you for reading and visiting my little blog. So I'm inviting you to light up the grill and enjoy some great grilled foods with your family and loved ones.
