Saludos querida comunidad de Hive, tengo el placer de compartir una deliciosa receta que prepare hoy, se trata de unas deliciosas galletas de banana y chocolate, una exquisita combinación de sabores, son una galletas muy crujientes por afuera y suaves por adentro, su preparación es muy fácil y rapida además contiene pocos ingredientes, estás galletas son ideales para acompañar con alguna bebida en especial y disfrutar como merienda, les recomiendo ver mi receta sin perder más tiempo cocinamos.

1 taza de harina de trigo.
3 bananas.
2 cucharadas de mantequilla.
3 cucharadas de azúcar.
2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo.
1 cup of wheat flour.

2 tablespoons cocoa powder.

Primero tomé un bol pequeño añadí 2 cucharadas de mantequilla y agregué 3 cucharadas de azúcar y mezcle hasta crear una suave crema,aparte en un tazón agregué las bananas y triture hasta obtener un puré y reserve.

Para finalizar le agregué 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo a la mezcla, hasta incorporar luego en una bandeja ya previamente en mantequillada y rociada con harina, coloque pequeñas porciones de mezcla de galletas y dejé hornear por 15 min a fuego medio.
Finally, I added 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the mixture, until it was incorporated into a previously buttered and sprinkled with flour pan, put small portions of the cookie mixture and let it bake for 15 minutes at medium heat.
