Hello to all Foodies Lovers all over the world!

The new year has been started, and today will be another day for me and to all of us. It has been so long since my last Foodies Bee Hive blog post, and I am happy to be back again here with a new Foods to share.

Today's blog post will be a short sharing of the Foods I personally prepare for my elder Sister who celebrates her Birthday even if she is living now far away from us.

My Mother is happy to prepare even for just a few foods just to be thankful of God love to my sister. I am happy to share it now but before I get started sharing, my thanks first to all who will support me and to all who have already supported me from then and now.

In the 7th day of January is the Birthday of my elder Sister who just turned 42 this year, and she is already living with her own family in Surigao City which is a very far away place from us.

My mother is always doing this celebration even if were just three here in our house but only through online we can communicate with them.

Since were just three here in our house to celebrate the Birthday of my Sister, we just only prepare foods enough for us, just like this Fried Chicken.

We only bought a few pieces of chicken the day before and bought flour mix, so it is easy for us to cook it. This is what our Baby King2x my nephew wants to eat, so we prepare a few pieces.

The next one is this all known Filipino Food when their is an event or occasion, and almost all of the kids really love to eat this one even my nephew Baby King2x, the Spaghetti with a Filipino style.

It is very simple to make, only a spaghetti pasta and add some sauce on it, in which the pack which I won last December is already set. Spaghetti pasta and sauce, and we just need to add Corndd Beef and Hotdog on it to make it more delicious.

Also in our menu for my Sister's Birthday is this what we call Afritada. This recipe is a well known for the Filipino as this is also be present on the table when their is a occasions like today, Birthday.

We only need to add some root crops like Carrots, Potatoes and many more and sliced in cubes. You can also choose what kind of meat you will add, either pork, beef or chicken. Then their is a Afritada sauce which we can buy in the grocery to make it more delicious and perfect.

Last one on the menu which I prepare for my Sister's Birthday is a what we call the best kakanin, the Biko. This is the best to eat with coffee or something hot.

This is also very simple to cook and I must say that it is very delicious. We only need a cooked sticky rice then a Coconut Milk which already mixed with Brown Sugar or Mascovado Sugar, but to make it more delicious much better to use Mascovado sugar.

When the Coconut Milk and Mascovado sugar is mixed well and slightly sticky just add the cooked sticky rice and mixed it well until totally combined then it is finished and ready to eat.

Thank God for everything He has done today and for the strength in preparing and cooking all this foods. And at the time when we call my Sister via Video Call, she is very happy to know that we've also celebrate her birthday here in our house.

This would be all for today's Foodies Bee Hive blog post, and until the next time. Thank you and God bless.

To God be all the Glory! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜‡
