Today, Is my Cooking day because my Parents was went to the Market to buy something. As for that, I am the one who cook food for our Lunch and this dishes are very simple but very delicious. For today's blog, I would like to share this simple recipé I cooked while ago and this are;
- Fish Soup
- Inun-onan Fish Recipé
- Fried Fish
This kind of food is very popular here in the Province and everyone will really love to eat this. I will be glad to share the simple recipés regarding with the dish I prepare today.
Everytime when my Parents brought some fish, we will cooked fried fish and this is one of our Favorite food here in the house. The topics is all about Fried fish recipé, only few Ingredients will be needed and this are the following;
- Cooking Oil
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Other Seasonings
- Fish [ Main Ingredients ]
The First thing to do is to removed the fish internal organs and washed it with clean water thoroughly so that the dirt will washed away.
After cleaning it, add some right amount of soy sauce in the fish and and mix it very well.
Next, add some right amount of vinegar, this will make our fish tasteful. In this kind of simple methods, we can marinate the meat of the fish before frying it. Marinate it for a few minutes.
After marinating, add some salt and other seasonings and mix it very well. The salt will also absorb in the fish meat including the seasonings.
Put the cooking oil in the frying pan and boiled it before adding the marinated fish. Fry the fish until it turns into brown color. The heat should be in right amount so that the fish will not be overcook or being raw.
For our next recipé is the fish soup. This is very popular food here in the Province and it is perfect for a cold season. It consist of only few Ingredients just like;
- Ginger
- Onions
- Garlic
- Salt
- Other Seasonings
- Lemon Grass
- First, the fish should be clean with water and after that, Slice some onions, Ginger and Garlic into thin strips. The lemon grass should be knotted so that it can easily put in the cooking pot.
- Add some right amount of clean water in the cooking pot including those spices like ginger, Onions and Garlic also lemon grass and boiled it.
When it boils, add the fish and cook it for 20 minutes until the fish meat will become soft and turns to white.
Next, add some amount of salts and Other seasonings and mix it very well so it will balance the taste.
Inun-onan Dish is also very popular in here. This kind of dish wont be spoiled for a few days because of to much amount of vinegar on this dish. By cooking of this is very simple, all we need to do is to gathered those Ingredients like;
- Ginger
- Onions
- Garlic
- Sangki Leaves
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Salts
- Other seasonings
Slice the fish in equal size and washed it with clean water. Make sure to remove the internal organs carefully.
Slice the onions and garlic including Ginger and put it in the plate. This are the Ingredients to make our dish delicious.
This is what we called Sangki and it usually added in Adobo dish. I tried to add this to my recipé to discovered new and I was lucky because it is still delicious.
After preparing all the Ingredients, Add in the cooking pot Fish, Garlic, Onions, Vinegar, Soy sauce, Salt and right amount of clean water. Mix it very well and cook it until the fish meat will become soft.
This is a kind of simple dish but very delicious and if you tasted it you will really like to eat all over again.
