Those loaves look so pretty with the green seeds on them! I've never been ambitious enough to cook my pumpkins. The reason squirrels, etc go after pumpkins and squash is that the uncooked seeds have anti-internal parasite properties.

        I do share some of the pumpkins with the squirrels. They go crazy for them and fight over the seeds. lol
        I started giving pumpkin puree to our cat and the seeds to Mika. They both love pumpkin. I wonder if it helps humans with parasites to?
