Hello there my lovely hivers!!! I hope you're all doing great. I'm back again sharing another life event of mine. For today's blog is all gonna be a cooking blog.
First things first you must pre heat the pan before you put the oil. This house that we've been cooking to, was my grandmother's house.
I just came here since I had to share a photo on my phone. And surprisingly I saw a water spinach on the table so I told my uncle that I want to cook it and he will help me on how to do it.
When the pan, releases smoke you can then add the oil. Let it rest for a while. Then you will fry the onion and garlic until it gets golden brown. These are the basic ingredients to all the foods since it adds flavor to the food.
Afterwards, the water spinach is ready to put on the pan. I was mixing it , to avoid the water spinach to stick to the pan.
Instead of meat, we bought a chicharon to make the meal complete. We put it on to the pan after the water spinach gets cooked.
Then we put water on it, to make it more tatsy. Then after some stirring on this pan, I add a magic sarap, oyster sauce, salt and soy sauce.
It was so delicious since I was the one who cook it heheheh.
