Puso ng Saging (Banana Blossom) is famous here in the countryside because it has a lot of benefits and you can cook it in different ways like Guisadong puso ng saging (Sauteed Banana Blossom) . But for today we'll make an Omelette dish using puso ng saging (banana blossom).
Before anything else we went to gather a banana blossom near our school. Getting this banana blossom It was a wonderful bonding to all of us classmates. We agreed to cook banana blossom omelette for our lunch. Ma'am bought the ingredients and we have to do our part to cook the dish.
After gathering the banana blossom, we go to the public market to buy some ingredients.

EGG
FOR DIPPING SAUCE
SOY SAUCE
VINEGAR
KETCHUP
Firstly, slice the banana blossom in half and steamed like 20-30 minutes and put a salt to make it less bitter and to make it tender.
After, steaming the banana blossom slice it into a smaller portion and mix the other ingredients in a pan. First combine the cornstarch on the banana blossom, and put the egg, and the seasonings. And you are ready to cook an Omelette Banana Blossom.
It's time to cook our tasty banana blossom. Heat up some oil in a pan, and put the mixture onto the pan and if the dish looks golden brown it's ready to serve.
We put the omelette onto the banana leaves because we decided to budol fight in our classroom.
