Almost everyone in the world knows Chinese food. It so famous for its savory spices, rich of broth, and of course, delicious tastes. Its not uncommon for people to choosing Chinese food like noodles as a meal that can balance the taste. Typically Chinese food is character by its broth and savory flavor.

It a bit strange to eat Chinese food while in Bangkok. It unexpected, but I really curious about what Chinese food look a like in Thailand. This restaurant very close to my hotel, so my curiosity was piqued, so I prepared half my stomach to fill it with authentic Chinese food for lunch.

This restaurant, known as Afanti Halal Xinjiang Restaurant, is located right in front of the Ratchaprarop bus stop. Just across the street from Praturam Market, it's right in front of it. The restaurant looks quite luxury from the inside, with a truly Chinese inspire interior.

We presented with a menu, and they guarantee the food is 100% Halal. Xinjiang is home to the Uighur people of China with Islamic background. Therefore, they serve food originate from Xinjiang. All the dishes are authentic, reminiscent of traditional dishes from all over China.

I just order two dishes here, all is noodles, because i am so curious about the texture of Chinese noodles. I've never tried Chinese noodles before, as they're unavailable where I live, and almost all Chinese food uses pork broth.

The two dishes were dry fry noodles and the signature spicy beef noodles. Two dish is completely different, with both visually and in taste. Although both are noodles, they're very different, except for the similar texture of the noodles, which are made with the same type of noodles. They soft, slightly chewy, but don't expand easily when hydrated by the hot broth.

If you're a little wary of the spicy beef noodles, be sure to separate the chili oil so you can measure the spiciness and oiliness.

It's a perfect meal to replenish your energy and prepare for the other dishes at Pratunam Market, as they're said to be delicious!
