Hello Foodie Bee Hive Fam!!

I hope you are doing well and enjoying your day. I'm a foodie person who love to eat and cook delicious recipes. I often cook breakfast and lunch for me and my mother. My often call me lazy cook because I go for cooking quick dishes that doesn't require much efforts and time. Today I'm so excited to share one of my favorite dish recipe Chicken Potatoes Curry

Chicken and potatoes curry holds a special place in Pakistani families because it's a comforting, homely dish that brings everyone together. It’s simple, affordable, and loved by all ages.

Let's discuss the recipe in details :

Ingredients:

- Chicken 300 Gram

- Chopped Potatoes 150 Gram

- Chopped Onion ½ cup

- Chopped Tomatoes ½ cup

- Green Chilli

- Red Chilli Paste 4-5 table spoon

- Salt as per taste

- Cooking oil ½ cup

- Coriander leaves

Procedure:

Heat cooking oil on low flame. Add chicken in the oil and fry it for 4-5 minutes. When the chicken turn light brown take it out in a plate. Now add chopped onions, green chili and chopped tomatoes in the same pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Now add red chilli paste, ginger and garlic paste and fry it with the fried onions and tomatoes. Add turmeric powder and pour some water in this mixture. Now cover the pan with life for 1-2 minutes.

It's time add chopped potatoes in the pan and fry it together for sometime. When you feel the spices have been mix in the chicken and potatoes add one and half glass of water. Cover the pan with lid for 10-15 minutes and keep checking it time to time. Switch the flame from medium to low.

When the potatoes and chicken are tender and water turned into thick curry, turn off the flame. Chicken Potatoes Curry is ready to serve.

Note: Don't forget to wash all the utensils, veggies and chicken.
