I'm beyond grateful and thankful for their help. But First things first, you need to take off the red on the puso ng saging or banana bud. Make sure that you can finally find the white one so that it would be Easy for you to slice it.

"Puso ng saging" is always the top-tier dish for me as a probinsyana girl. Being a probinsyana girl doesn't have any struggles in a living; if you don't have a dish or food to eat, just get some moringa leaves, lemongrass, green papaya, and some spinach, and it will taste like "tingling manor."
Going back to our main dish (puso ng saging), all you have to prepare are the Magic sarap, salt, oil, flour, onion, garlic, onion leaves, eggs, and crispy fry. But take note that the crispy fry, eggs, and onion leaves are optional. But if you want to make it yummy just follow the following instructions.

Once the "puso ng saging" is ready and looks like this picture, put it in a big bowl and wash it first before you put the ingredients in it. Wash it three times, mix some salt,, and strain it until it dries. During these steps, you washed out the sticky part of the banana heart.

And if it's done. Pour it with flour and all the ingredients. Make sure the ingredients are cut into small. Mixed it properly and then put some eggs in and mix it again. Don't forget the crispy fry. And if the banana heart is ready to cook, make sure that the oil is ready to use also so that your dish won't stick to the pan. And it depends on you if you want to use your hand to measure the sizes of the banana heart or you can use a spoon also.
If the Banana Heart looks brown. It means that it's cooked already and ready to eat.

Some people called it "Bola-Bolang puso ng saging," but in this case, it's not bola-bola anymore, and I called it a flattened banana heart.
I also told my classmates to help me cook some rice so that we could do a "Budol Fighting" together since not everyone did bring their lunch boxes.

I also told the other classmates to get some Banana leaves and prepare the table inside so that we could enjoy the food after we cooked.
The only thing I love about being a Chief cook is that my classmates will always support what is cooked, especially when I ask them to do what I say, like get me some banana leaves, prepare the table, wash the thin that I used after using it. They will always have my back to help me; they also love my cooking skills, especially the taste of it. Because as a chief cook. I always make sure that the food I cook tastes as yummy as it should be.
After an hour of cooking, I already Set up the table, and the food is ready to eat. Then pair it with coke and you can already forget your name because of the taste and being full.
I've also received a lot of compliments from the teachers about the Banana heart.
At last. You could never eat something yummy if you don't make some movement to cook unless you are still dependent on your parents to cook.
