Hi there everyone, it’s me Rhea again. So today, I wanted to share on how to cook a yummy tempura dish.
One Saturday morning, me and my mother were so busy cooking for our lunch. While my mother is busy cooking Kaldereta (goat meat stew) she told me that I should cook the tempura since she was so busy.
I immediately nod my head to her and rushed into the dirty kitchen to prepare for the ingredients.
These are the ingredients for the Tempura Recipe:
Flour
Cornstarch
2 eggs
Magic Sarap (Msg)
Pepper
Shrimp
After preparing the ingredients, I then cleaned the shrimps and removed its shells.
So the first thing that I did is to make the breading. I then put flour and cornstarch into the bowl. Next I put a small amount magic Sarap (msg) on it and mixed them well together and set it aside.
Next is the shrimp, to make the shrimp yummy and flavorful, I put some 2 eggs, flour, and a small amount of magic sarap (msg) and mixed them well together.
Now let’s cook it.
First of all, I put the frying pan into the stove. When the pan is hot enough, I poured a small amount of vegetable oil in it and waited for a few minutes until the oil is hot and ready for cooking.
Now that the oil is boiling, I then cook the shrimp that is rolled into the breading.
Now let’s wait until it turns into golden brown and then add the remaining shrimp into the pan.
And this is the final product. A yummy and delicious dish. This is perfect for lunch and dinner.
