It's similar to Puto, a Filipino delicacy I want to share one of these days. What to add to have that kinds of cracks? Is it baking soda or baking powder? I really can't achieve it hehe

I use baking soda and baking powder. The tricks: use high heat, and fill the cake mold until full so the results will cracks
