Happy Valentine's Day, my dear Hivers! How'd you celebrate Valentine's this year? I hope you all feel loved especially today.
In the past few years, traffic was a big problem every valentines day as people are celebrating at restaurants. In every places, even in side walks, people are holding a bouquet of flowers from their special someone. Im not sure if it's popular in your country, but crocheted flowers are now a thing because it can be kept forever, unlike fresh flowers when they wither.
So I opted to stay longer in the office after work just in time for the traffic to ease. Since it's already dinner time, my girls and I decided to have our Galentines dinner at this burger place near our office.
This restaurant offers charbroiled burgers and fries in 4 oz or 6 oz of patty. They also offer pastas and nachos.
Since it's Valentine's Day today, of course people dining in this restaurant are couples. If I recall correctly, we were the only ones in group.
Each of us ordered a burger and fries in different variation. I ordered their Hawaiian burger while my friends ordered bacon mushroom and deluxe bacon cheese burger. We also tried their nachos dipped with cheese.
I remember the first time I tried their burger a few months ago and I almost had indigestion because it seems that their patties are not cooked enough. Plus the onions were fresh which produced a strong odor and acid in my stomach. To say the least, it definitely gave me a not so good impression of their burgers.
But this time, their burgers are redeemed in my eyes because the patty was so tender and flavorful. Aside from the burger, I also enjoyed the nachos which is now my go to craving.
Adding the aesthetic of this place, I rate this a 9/10.
Onc again, happy Valentine's Day my dear Hivers!
That's it for today's blog. See you in my next one!
Sending some love and light
With love, Jane
