Greetings to this wonderful community, I welcome you guys once again to my blog this Sunday afternoon
Today is Sunday and we are just coming back from church. Very Sunday my kids love eating rice they think that is is a special day or a party 🎉 day. But they not know that am planning to cook a native soup for the family.
INGREDIENTS USED
• One plate of ukazi leaf 🌿
• One teaspoon of salt
• Half cup of red oil
• One plate of beef meat
• Four pieces of dry fish
• Stock fish
• One of uzizi leaf 🍀
• One cube Maggi
• Four pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️
• One plate of achara
• Blended achi (soup thicker)
• Water
PROCEDURE
In this process I will teach and show how I made this recipe so quick
I boil water with a kettle and when it boils I use it to wash my stock fish and put it into the pot and add water then cook
When my pot is still on fire I start to prepare all my ingredients by washing them one after the other and set them aside
Then after my stock fish has boil I add the dry fish that I have already washed into the pot and also add my washed meat, add my blended pepper, Maggi and salt then mix and allow to cook
After awhile I add my achara and mix then add my oil into it also and a little bit of water and cover my pot and cook
So after a while my oil has mixed I add my thicker into it and mix (achi)
And after awhile start to add my leaf one after the other and mix all together then leave for awhile
Here is the face of my soup so yummy 😋 and delicious
Time to dish out my soup for my family to enjoy
