There is something about cinnamon to warm the soul and satisfy a husbands sweet tooth, lol.
Pumpkin fritters with cinnamon and honey a traditional South African go to in the cooler months. You house sounds similar to my home, once you make a dish it is gone, hungry men waiting for everything to pop out the oven or pan, I think it has something to do with cinnamon wafting through the house!
You are so right! Nothing sits on the cooling rack longer than 30 seconds with my husband hovering over the baking. lol
