I'm amaze you know how to make it, just wow! and it looks so fluffy

The only mochi i tasted was probably the ice cream version and I remember I didn't like it that much. I see mochi in one of our malls the round shaped, seeing a square one is new to my eye, I like it aahhaha and now, because of this, I'm curious what it taste like, I get reluctant in buying a mochi coz it cost 1 dollar for one ahahah afraid My money would go to waste for not liking the taste... but out of curiosity I'll try buying next time, the one you made looks appetizing as well.. i can imagine pairing it with coffee.. hopefully it would be a trend in my place too nyaahha

        You should make it at home, it's way cheaper hehe. I think you'd like it cause apparently there's similar filipino chewy snacks similar of it- I forgot the name. But I think you can find that ice snow cake on shoppee especially the one that's actually from China.
