Hello 😊 Foodies Fam 🥰 I just wanna share my first dine in experience at Lantien Restaurant. It was established in 2000 serving one of the best Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine in the city of smile 🙂 Bacolod,Philippines. Owned by Mr. Lan Tian from Taiwan and his wife He Xiao Hong from China with desire to partake their genuine flavors cuisine.
When I arrived at the restaurant I couldn't get in right away because they were many other diners eating. I still need to wait outside. It just shows that Lantien Restaurant provide customers delightful and satisfying experiences.
Lantien serve a diverse variety of Dumplings like Pork 🐷Xia Long Bao, Hakao (Shrimp🦐 Crystal Dumplings) and Pork Fried Dumplings, for their soup they have Hototay soup,Wonton soup, and Maki soup, for their Noodle🍜 Soup they have Kimlo Misua Soup, Makami and Lomi in regular ang large sizes, for their Chicken🐔 menu they have Hainanese chicken, Peking Chicken,and Chicken with veggies, for their Pork 🐷 menu they have Braised Pork Belly(Humba), Lechon Macau, Breaded Porkchop(Tonkatsu) for their Noodles 🍜 menu they have Pansit Guisado, Sotanghon Guisado, and Bam-i Guisado for their special Noodles 🍜 they have Pansit Sun Yat Sen, Pansit Hong Kong style and Birthday Misua, for their seafood menu they have Drunken shrimp 🍤,Crab 🦀 Meat Fuyon and Seafood Hotpot, for their Fish🐟 menu they have Steamed Lapu-lapu Chang Yu,Fish 🐠 Fillet Tausi and Fish fillet sweet and sour.
I ordered Peking Chicken 🐔 made with roasted chicken with sweet,sour and spicy glazed sauce garnish with scallions.
Another food that I ordered is Pansit Guisado this Chinese-inspired dish has tender chicken strip sautéed in variegated vegetables like carrots 🥕 ,cabbage and bell peppers 🌶 This appetizing dish can be found in the origin of Chinese influence on Filipino culture and had become an exemplary comfort food for Filipinos. This dish is usually present during birthday parties and other special occasions as it is assume to attract long life and prosperity.
They have generous serving that can be shared with family and friends. 😊
Lantien Restuarant is a must-try who loves 💗 Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine.😊
