I have just arrived home from my class. It was about 6 o’clock in the evening. I felt hungry but my wife did not cook any food for dinner. I asked her to buy tempeh, tofu and vegetables.

After a few minutes she came back with the stuffs that I wanted. Then, I started to become a spontaneous chef. I cut some onions, a garlic and chillies. Then, I fried the tempeh covered with spiced wheat flour.

I cut the vegetables and some tofus. I cut the tofus in small blocks. Then, I sauted the garlic, onion, and chillies with little tomatoes. I added a little salt, soya sauce and sugar. I stired the seasoning until fragrant. And, I put the tofus and the vegetables together. I mixed them on hot fire. After a minute, the dish was ready.
I tried the vegetables, it was good. Then, I put some rice in a plate. I added with the dish that I cooked and fried tempeh. Yummy, I enjoyed the dinner. The dish was good for vegetarian because there was no meat and eggs. There were only tempeh and tofus. All were made from soya beans. Tempeh has high protein and minerals. Tofu is a source of protein too. That is my own dinner. It is simple. The nutrition is OK too.
