I've never had snails. Do they taste like mussels or clams? I don't think I can eat them straight up, but I bet they taste nice with a spicy sauce :D

        They taste like mussels more than clams,I think but have you ever tried escargot? they are pretty much the similar except SEA cuisine uses coconut milk often in their sauces and stews.

              I've never had escargot. It's still considered 'exotic' food around here, so it's not easy to come by. SEA cuisine is excellent, so I imagine the snails are tasty.
