Hello@foodies community 👋🏽how are you doing here today?I hope everything's alright.Today I wanna share some simple recipe snacks - the carrot cake and its a fun way to sneak veggies that something kids will surely love. My daughter doesn't love to eat carrots,and when I made them into cakes,she immediately loved them anyway.

I will always made sure that I prepare the most healthy snacks for my family.So I recommend this recipe to try it with,in this way kids will start loving to eat veggies,like carrots.
Here's the ingredients in making a carrot cake.

I'm using this carrot cake mix in making the cake:

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cups vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
1 pack of WHOLE WHEAT THINK HEART CARROT CAKE MIX 400g
1 3/4 cups of grated carrots 175g
GRATE THE CARROTS
Washed the carrots thoroughly
Peel it off and grate it.

In a mixing bowl add the following ingredients the water,oil and eggs.

Mix it thoroughly until no lumps can be seen in the mixture.


Add the grated carrots and stir it constantly.


If done mixing it, transfer the carrot cake mixture in a pan..

BAKE THE CARROT CAKE
Preheat the oven to 177 degree Celsius.Grease and line the round pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool completely.



If it's well done,sliced the carrot cake and serve with drinks..Surely kids will love to eat this because of its Flavorful and tasted delicious..
