To make the Empanada dough or crust prepare the following ingredients
3 cups of flour
1 c of water
120g of oil
1tsp of salt
3 tbsp of sugar( you can always adjust the sweetness of the dough of you want a sweeter crust)
1pc of egg

Start mixing, the flour, salt and sugar to other wet ingredients, alternately mixing the dry ingredients to it..

$1
Wash you're hands thoroughly and you are going to mix everything using you're bare hands. In this way you can ensure that all the ingredients are being mixed.

After mixing it all, knead the dough and of it's done..Let it rest for about 5 minutes you can cover it with plastic and set aside.

$1
And when finished resting it..
Start making the Empanada with tuna, egg and vegetables filling..

$1
Start by cutting a small portion of a dough, you can weigh it using weighing scale in cutting the dough to ensure uniformed sizes.
Flatten it using a rolling pin but I don't have any rolling pin so I am using my hand to flatten it on a plate, then place a small amount of filling, vegetables and a piece of egg..Arranged it accordingly.

$1
Start sealing each side using a fork, sealed it properly so as not to break the dough when you start frying it.

$1
You can also used the Empanada molder of it's available in your place.Since I don't have to buy some,so I'm using a fork in sealing each side of the crust.

$1
Continue until you're finished with the last dough..

FRYING THE EMPANADA

$1
In a medium heat pan,add some oil, enough to cover the Empanada when frying.Fry it until golden brown.Drain it in a strainer to remove the excess the oil.

$1
Best serve when hot and paired with fruit juice drinks.
Hope you're enjoying the recipe for today..See you in my next food blog adventure..Have a nice day ahead.

Misconception: When one speaks about corruption in the Philippines, it should not be understood as referring only to politics or money. It also includes police and judicial corruption. In other words, the police can arbitrarily arrest you, rob you of your money, fabricate charges against you, and the judge may find you guilty. The following literature elaborates on the dangers present in the Philippines: [Philippine history of tyranny] Philippine society and revolution #4/86
