Hello, dear friends of foodie bee Hive. It's been a while since I've been out to eat here for days, but a few days ago, my partner invited me to have a grill at a place inside the Ciudad Traki shopping center in the city of Cumaná, Sucre State, Venezuela, called "Carnitazz," where he had been recommended for the food, the quantity, and the service. So, we went on an impromptu date, since it was last minute.
Looking at the menu, we decided on two combos: the first with skewers of meat, chicken, and vegetables, chorizo, salad, and arepitas, and the second combo with a cachapa with queso de mano, pork, and avocado. Both combos came with a glass of ice-cold soda and cost $10.50, for a total of $21. Now, we were satisfied. I think one combo would have been enough. It was quite a bit of food, and the recommendation was worth it. The food was fresh, the meat well-cooked and seasoned. The only minor issues were with the pork, which became a bit tough when fried, and the cachapa was a bit sweet (for my taste), but they were still very passable.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and appreciate the service, professionalism, and speed with which we were served. There were few people in the restaurant, and they have an extensive menu ranging from salads, grilled meats, chargrilled chicken, and even ice cream, but judging by the reviews, their popularity is definitely due to the grilled meats. I highly recommend this restaurant. I'm reading them if you have any questions. Best regards and blessings.
