Oh, thanks for the information. I had no idea about the bread community, I will look for it. thank you for your kind words. I love making this type of bread and I actually make a very good German Rugbrod, with honey, kummel, anise and dill!.

yes, It is a spice native to Central and Eastern Europe, and is sweet and spicy, with notes of anise. It is used in European cuisine to season soups, stews, salads, breads, cakes, o even cookies. It cost me a lot to get it here in Mexico but I did it. here it is called Caraway (Alcaravea in spanish)
