Hello my dear friends of this community, here again I was lost hahaaaaj but well I've been a little absent for family or personal problems but here I am again and I want to share with you a delicious healthy salad.
VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOLHola mis queridos amigos de esta comunidad, por aquí de nuevo yo estaba perdida jajaaaaj pero bueno he estado un poco ausente por problemas familiares o personales pero aquí estoy de nuevo y quiero compartir con ustedes una deliciosa ensalada saludable.

The ingredients I used were,
1 cucumber
1/2 onion
3 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 can of tuna (140 grams)
A pinch of red bell pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup scallions
Pinch of sesame seeds
And a touch of spice.
Los ingredientes que utilicé fueron,
1 pepino
1/2 cebolla
3 cucharadas de queso crema
1 lata de atún de 140gramos
Una pizca de pimiento rojo
2 cucharadas de salsa de soya
1/4 de taza de cebollin
Una pizca de ajonjolí
Y un toque de picante.

The first thing I did was to find a large container to shake the ingredients, then I started to chop the cucumber into slices, then the onion julienne style, then I opened the can of tuna, and as I go chopping I put it in the container, then I placed the finely chopped chives small, then I put the cream cheese, then the spicy cheese and then I covered it and then I shook it until all the ingredients met each other jajajajajajjaja and well here is my delicious salad I hope you like it thanks for reading my post so far friends take care of yourselves
VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOLLo primero que hice fue buscar un envase grande para poder agitar los ingredientes, después me puse a picar en rodajas el pepino, luego la cebolla estilo juliana, después abrí la lata de atún, así como voy picando voy colocando en el envase, después le coloqué el cebollino finamente picado pequeño, luego le coloqué el queso crema luego el picante y luego lo tape de seguido lo agite hasta que todos los ingredientes se conocieran jajajajjaja y bueno aquí mi rica ensalada espero les guste gracias por leer hasta aquí mi post amigos cuídense
