Hi friend, I'm currently working with a pre-made cream. Just whisk it and it's perfect. I also make it with heavy cream. It should be very cold. I add powdered or icing sugar. I whisk for several minutes until it reaches a firm consistency. Thanks for stopping by. Hugs.
