imagine a dessert table that draws you in with delicate, airy puffs and fresh fruit tarts. Each cream puff is filled with a silky, luscious cream that melts in your mouth, perfectly balanced with a light, golden pastry shell. Fruit tarts with a buttery crust cradle, topped with colorful, juicy fruits.
This lab is by far the most exhausting, since we're making two types of pastry desserts instead of the usual one. Six hourse of standing with hardly a chance to sit down makes me truly appreciate how hard baking is. Huge respect to bakers everywhere!
