My Edikaikong Soup

Warm Greetings to this wounderful Family.
Today I welcome you all back to my blog.
Today my pregnant friend came around and was telling me the doctors report based that she has shortage of blood ,I wanted to make Edikakankong Soup so I decided to make it so that she can eat because the soup builds up blood as fast as possible because I normally eats it whenever am pregnant.

Join me the process of making this famous Edikaikong soup.

#INGREDIENTS USED#

.Big Quantity of vegetables
.enough Quantity of Waterleaf
.A little Quantity of Beef
.Smoked Fish
.half liter of Red oil
.Little quantity of Fresh pepper
.Salt to taste
.periwinkles
.one Bulb of Onions

PROCEDURE

Firstly I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.

Then I washed my beef,my smoked fish ,my onions and fresh pepper and set aside.

Then I washed my vegetables and and sliced the both of them and set aside

I cut and washed my periwinkle and set aside

Then I steamed my Beef with my periwinkle and set later put my smoked fish.and then put my salt ,Onions and fresh pepper to stem.

After stemming, I pour it out and then put my dry pot and pour my waterleaf and stir and leave it to dry, then put my red oil and onions and stir.

After drying, I poured my steamed ingredient both my smoked fish and allow it to heat a little.

After heating for a while, I pour my Vegetables and stir very well

Edikaikong soup are mostly owned by Akwa Ibom people, it is their traditional soup.

Periwinkles are blood boosters,it is good to the body,the combination of this two leaves helps to lower blood sugar, it is always recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding mums ,
It is good for people that have lower blood pressure because it helps to build up their blood
It helps to balance hormones,it smoothed dried skins,because of the enough water the vegetables combination Carrie’s.
It prevents blood clotting.
These vegetables combination is highly Nutritional for the body.

Lastly after some minutes, my Edikaikong Receipe was ready to serve.
