I know what you mean, just joking. Me too, when thinking about baking something, want to make just half of the amount, the only problem is that the baking part almost never happens 😂. I do want to prepare some cookies for Christmas 😇
Well the base of this recipe is just fine for making any sort of cookies I guess. If you want them lighter coloured..then use white bastard sugard versus the easy brown one I did hehe.
But yeah..half of the amount was fine. Better said...i used half of the amount from the original recipe (the amounts you see here are already half) and still I put some in the freezer for a next binge session haha.
For us something like 2 cookies per person is fine because they go big and usually they dont go so well overnight.
