I really like all the ingredients! I think this one with oatmeal and apple I have never tried in a cake, it must taste very delicious, my weakness are cakes and I could love this one.

        I use oatmeal to avoid using refined flour but you can use whatever you prefer, what I can tell you is that peanut butter is very good!
