You know what, Mac. This looks delicious. I love egg sandwiches but I just mash up the eggs and add nothing because I hate mayo. Yours with added butter and cheese sounds like a major upgrade and I'll be giving it a go. I have to say though, cheese and butter are really expensive here so Im not sure its such a cheap meal. Time for a treat, I think!
