Good afternoon friends, I've really missed the "recipes" section! And finally I can share a wonderful recipe with you. Today's recipe is for everyone who wants to lose weight by summer, but at the same time not to exclude delicious food from your diet. You will love this delicious and healthy recipe. Cooking the dessert will take about one hour, and the taste will pleasantly surprise you.
β’2 bananas π
β’2 carrots π₯
β’100 ml coconut milk π₯
β’100 gr oatmeal
β’30 gr walnuts π°
β’honey π―
β’cinnamon
β’15 g linen seeds π±
β’Β½ tsp baking soda
β’Β½ tsp vinegar
STEP 1
Take a suitable bowl and puree the banana with the help of a fork.
STEP 2
Peel the carrots and grate them. The finer the grater the better.
STEP 3
Grind the oatmeal and linen seeds in a blender. You will get a good and healthy alternative to wheat flour.
STEP 4
Next, mix mashed banana, grated carrots, healthy flour, cinnamon and baking soda with vinegar in a deep bowl.
STEP 5
Add coconut milk (add the milk you like best: cow's milk, soy milk, rice milk, and so on) to the mixture and stir until smooth.
STEP 6
You can also add your favorite dried fruits if you wish. For example, I added raisins pre-soaked in hot water for 5 minutes. Also add walnuts.
STEP 7
Choose a small baking dish and cover it with parchment. Spread the mixture evenly over the baking dish and send it into a preheated oven to 180 Β°C (356 Β°F ) for 35-40 minutes.
STEP 8
Meanwhile, prepare a delicious cream that can be eaten by anyone on a diet! We will need: coconut milk, 2 yolks, honey, cornstarch, cocoa and vanilla sugar. First thing first, combine the starch and yolks together.
STEP 9
Put the milk on low heat and heat it up. When the milk is hot enough add the yolks and starch mixture to the milk and stir constantly.
STEP 10
Once the cream starts to thicken stir for 5 minutes. Let the cream cool down.
STEP 11
Once cooled you can add cream cheese to the cream as I did. Also add cocoa, honey and vanilla sugar and mix well with a whisk or mixer.
STEP 12
Cut the cooked cake into 2 parts - we will have 2 pieces of cake. Smear each layer with cream and sprinkle walnuts on top. If the pie did not turn out as sweet as you thought, you can additionally add a little honey on top!
With such a dessert you can safely experiment. For example, replace walnuts with almonds or cashews, and coconut milk with rice milk or soy milk! This way you'll get new flavors every time, but the recipe won't change. If you don't like cocoa, you can just leave it out or you can add almond flour.
